Resourcing manager – nine month FTC maternity cover

salary: £50,000-£60,000


Location: London Docklands

Our resourcing team play a crucial role in making sure the right people are in the right places across the organisation at the right time, to meet our commitments and budget forecasts.

We’re looking for a highly effective resourcing manager to cover a maternity leaver, where you’ll lead a team of experienced recruiters and resourcers to deliver operational recruitment plans across the organisation. 

As a natural coach you will work closely with the delivery focused internal recruiters to provide a valued recruitment service, utilising opportunities to implement creative recruitment strategies and solutions.

To be successful in the role, you will need to have experience or be familiar with the following:
  • Must have substantial in house recruitment experience in a similar sized organisation
  • Experience of implementing changes to processes, policies and wider culture of the organisation
  • Experience of driving a direct sourcing strategy, with knowledge of reduction strategies, job board management, social media usage and other creative attraction methods
  • Up to date knowledge of the recruitment market; skills, cost, supply and demand and employment law
  • Experience of managing a large team through organisational transformation
  • Strong technical ability with a detailed understanding of systems configuration, assessment methods and tender negotiation and supplier management.
