HR adviser

can you provide proactive support to our HR & Organisational Development team to deal with a variety of issues?

HR advisers - 12 month FTC

salary up to £35,000

We’re looking to recruit 1 HR adviser to work alongside our HR & OD partners for the next 12 months and provide support to our managers.  You will take the lead on coordinating various projects, providing generalist HR advice and guidance to line managers and staff.

This is a busy and sensitive role and will require you to be understanding, empathetic and diplomatic.  You will have great attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

You will have done a similar role in an HR team and be confident in dealing with a big and varied workload, in a fast paced environment.

To be considered for this role you must:
  • needs to be working at an advisory level - be able to demonstrate the ability to coach management and senior stakeholders in the correct HR procedures 
  • experience with being involved in organisational transformation projects and large-scale redundancy consultations.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the full employee life cycle 
  • having knowledge of Visio and other HR data analysis tools would be desirable
